The dot-root Secretariat
is provided by the SIAT (Secretariat International pour les Applications
de la Télématique). Siat, created in 1978, actively
participated in the support of the first Europan public data
services and managed their International directory (WISE) until
1987. It has provided support to many telematic oriented projects
in the Minitel, fax, societal, R&D areas, and Internet since
2000. |
